Yes, please place your order at least 4 days (96 hours) in advance. If you need your order sooner (less than 4 days notice), please reach out via our Contact Form or e-mail us at info@boardsbypia.com. Please make sure to include details like your desired order, location, delivery date, etc. If we’re able to accommodate your request, please know that a rush fee of $75 will be applied to your order.

Our boards include a curated selection of artisanal meats, cheeses, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, olives, truffles, jam and honey. Each board is carefully designed with seasonal ingredients for a unique presentation. Crackers are not included with our standard boards but can be added to your order for an additional fee when customizing your board at checkout.

We always do our best to accommodate food allergies and dietary requests, however, we do not operate in a 100% allergy free environment. As such, we cannot promise cross-contamination will not occur. We offer delivery to Marin County ($20 delivery fee), San Francisco ($35 delivery fee), and the East Bay (Berkeley & Emeryville - $35 delivery fee).

We recommend scheduling delivery for the prior day to ensure it arrives on time for your occasion.

All of our boards are freshly prepared on the morning or day of your delivery. We take pride in using the freshest ingredients to ensure the best quality and presentation for your event.

We recommend enjoying your board the day of delivery for best quality but it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. We also recommend taking your board out of the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to serving to allow the flavors to come to life.

Our refund policy is as follows: 100% refund 5 days prior to delivery date. 50% refund 3 days prior to delivery date 25% refund 2 days prior to delivery date Unfortunately, if your cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to your delivery date, we are not able to issue a refund. We can accommodate changes to your order up to 4 days prior to the delivery date.
