Welcome to Boards by Pia!

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders and interactions with Boards by Pia. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Orders & Personal Delivery
Orders are confirmed by email once payment is received. We provide personal delivery within 25 miles of San Rafael, California, and coordinate with you for a specific delivery time and location. Our delivery window is daily from 12 - 3 pm. Any applicable delivery fees will be communicated during the order process.

If issues arise with delivery timing or if no one is available to receive the order, we will contact you to reschedule within the delivery window or for the next available date.

2. Cancellations & Changes

• 100% refund for cancellations made 5 days prior to the delivery date.

• 50% refund for cancellations made 3 days prior to the delivery date.

• 25% refund for cancellations made 2 days prior to the delivery date.

Unfortunately, if your cancellation is less than 48 hours prior to your delivery date, we are not able to issue a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of confirmation.

We can accommodate changes to your order up to 4 days (96 hours) prior to the delivery date.

3. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies
Our boards contain a variety of fresh ingredients and may include allergens like nuts and dairy. Boards by Pia is not liable for any allergies or dietary reactions. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions when placing an order. We do not operate in a 100% allergy-free environment, and cross-contamination may occur. Boards by Pia is not liable for any allergic reactions or dietary issues arising from unnotified allergies or restrictions.

If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, please use our Contact Form or reach out via email at info@boardsbypia.com before placing an order to ensure we can accommodate your preferences.

As part of our menu, we offer a standard vegetarian board option. If you choose to add crackers to your order, we have a gluten-free option that you can select upon checkout.

4. Privacy Notice
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected (such as name and contact details) is used solely to process and deliver your order. Boards by Pia does not share or sell personal information to third parties.

 

5. Limitation of Liability
Boards by Pia is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages in connection with the use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, text, and designs, is owned by Boards by Pia. Unauthorized use, duplication, or reproduction of any content without express permission is prohibited.

7. Compliance with Health Regulations
Boards by Pia adheres to all local health standards and regulations for food preparation to ensure the safety and quality of our products.

These terms are governed by California law, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Marin County, California.
